A good number of personal and special assistants to the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Mr Udom Emmanuel graced the graduation ceremony of Smile We Care Foundation at Nsit Ubium, to wrap up their series of Entrepreneurial Development and Skill Acquisition Training, they were received by the Executive Chairman of Nsit Ubium, represented by Mr Obot Ekot.
They are Special Assistants to Akwa Ibom State Governor on Project Monitoring, Mr Godfada Uko, Mr Victor Brown Special and Moses Umoren (Luvbishop) a proud Nsit Ubium son. Also present were the Personal Assistant to Akwa Ibom state Governor on Public Affairs, Barr Morgan Ekanem and Nollywood star, Aniebiet Francis led the pack of others who graced the occasion.
The Special Assistant to Akwa Ibom state Governor on Entertainment Industry, Mr David Sergeant (Utang Akwa Ibom) gave his to support to the initiative by announcing the sponsorship of trainees in Paint Making and another in Catering to acquire start up kits for business.
The beneficiaries will get seed fund by Utang Akwa Ibom to get started in business. The governor’s aide said he is making the donation because Smile We Care Foundation initiative is a commendable one, especially coming from a reputable individual/N.G.O. He said the host/CEO of Yanky Media, Mr Inyang James deserves all the necessary backing to give more to the people through his life touching empowerment project.
The Smile We Care Foundation Training program had engaged hundreds of youths and women in Nsit Ubium for weeks to build capacity and learn valuable skills.
